The Be Free Podcast from Brian Terada
Written and read by Brian Terada, scored by Corey De LaRoche Martin - This is the story of how a college student was split by what the world defined as mutually exclusive - being gay and being a Christian. At face value, this story seems like it is about sexuality and spirituality- but really this is a story of how God can take the most hopeless situations and turn them into a masterpiece to bring about his love exploding in the very last places we could ever expect. This is the story of despair turn to joy. This is the story of how God cast out my darkness with his light and how he cast out my fear with His love. This is a story of hope. This is a story of freedom. May we all find it in the hands of our Maker. So if there is anyone out there who is willing to venture down this path of tension between love and hate, and guilt and grace. If there is anyone who believes there is a better way to navigate our differences so as to bring a human factor into play; then you are who this story is written for. Let's partner with the Author of our lives by listening and sharing our stories. Let's partner with our Creator- and set the captives free.
